Derek Minus is a barrister and a dispute resolution specialist. He is the President of The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in Australia, and dual qualified as a Fellow by both arbitration and mediation. He uses collaborative strategies and combined mediation-arbitration processes to help people achieve more than just the settlement of their dispute and also leads them towards the transformation of their conflict.
