PROFESSIONAL PANEL

Mediation & Arbitration Chambers maintains a panel of highly experienced, qualified and accredited dispute resolution practitioners, each of whom is licensed to practise law, as a barrister or solicitor in states throughout Australia.

Members on our panel have been selected on the basis of their experience in assisting parties to achieve resolution of their dispute through agreement or where that fails, by hearing the evidence, weighing up the respective rights and making a binding determination of the dispute, according to law. Each professional has an area of specialisation and a knowledge of particular industries.

Many of our panel, are currently appointed as members of various State and Federal government tribunals responsible for determining disputes, and could be responsible for determining your dispute if brought within the legal system.

The difference, is that our service aims to provide a flexible and final resolution of your dispute that is private, cost effective and quick.

NOTE: Panel members are independent practitioners, not employees and are responsible for their conduct as mediators or arbitrators to their authorising Bar or Solicitor associations in their licensing State. They are required to comply with, and uphold the ethical and professional standards imposed by government regulation and the practice rules of their professional association.
